Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Team Manager (the “Service”), operated at interaction.hk. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Team Manager is a project and task management tool for creative teams. It provides AI-assisted scheduling, workload tracking, team collaboration, and deadline notifications.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date.
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
  • Notify us immediately at hello@interaction.hk if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Service without prior written consent.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorisation.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content (projects, tasks, notes) you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell your content to third parties or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice for planned outages.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any AI-generated scheduling suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or HK$100 if no payment was made).

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

These Terms are written in English. In case of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
